The new club will be an invitation only PRIVATE CLUB. It will be located in the Washington Park neighborhood, near Alameda and Downing. It will be in a private home. We are working on getting it ready. Except for one room, the whole house will be available to club members. There will be 6 beds, and seating areas. And as we grow, we may add other fun things. Because Wash Park is an upscale neighborhood, we ask that when you are outside of the home, to not linger, chat with friends, or do anything that will draw attention to the private club, from the neighbors. Please Park on Cedar Avenue, or north of Cedar, or better yet, take an uber.
This will be a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Sex will be consent only. You can make new friends for sex, chatting, just watching others, or hanging out.
No drugs, No smoking, or alcohol allowed inside the property. But feel free to bring snacks while hanging out. Poppers are allowed. But use them responsibly. Some people can faint from using poppers too soon or too strong. If you fall and hurt yourself, you agree to claim your injury with your own insurance, and DO NOT DISCLOSE OUR LOCATION. As You know there people out there who will not agree with sex between men, and because of this and for our safety, our location should only be disclosed to people who are wanting to attend and join us. Sincw this is a private invitation only club, and it is not a business, we will not carry insurance. Please DO NOT bring valuables, or simply leave in your car. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. We will provide a place for you to store your items. But please store them at your own risk. We may be buying a locker system with small lockers, big enough for average size cell phone, wallet, & car keys.
If you are wanting to volunteer helping get the club ready to open sooner than later, we are seeking volunteers for cleaning, light plumbing, light electrical, moving things, yardwork, working the front door, security, website building, etc… While membership will be free, a small donation will help us pay for this location, expensive locker system, water, electricity, and other expenses. While the locker will be included with the main donation amount, you will be required to leave your i.d. at the door, and when you return your key, you will get your i.d. back.
If you don't feel comfortable leaving your i.d., you will still be admitted, but without a locker key. We will still have a place for your belongings.
While membership Is free, you will need to provide your first name and email for the membership. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18. We will check i.d. to make sure everyone is over 18.
Since this is a private residence where someone lives permanently, we will be respectful of the house, the owner's belongings, and the neighbors.
Since we will be growing, we appreciate positive input. We may have different themed events. So any ideas that will help the club, will be appreciated.
We want this club to bring our community together. Yes, there will be HOT SEX, but we are hoping to create comradery, friendship, and even love for your fellow humans.
